대전시교육청이 3월 13일 대전시교육청 7층 회의실에서 ‘2025년 대안교육 민간위탁기관 역량강화 연수’를 개최했다. 

이번 연수는 대안교육 민간위탁기관의 운영 능력을 강화하고, 학생 맞춤형 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 기획됐다.

연수에서는 대안교육 관련 정책 안내와 함께 양성평등 교육 강의가 진행되며, ‘행복한 대안교육과 양성평등 교육을 위하여’라는 주제로 대안교육 전문가의 특강도 마련된다. 

또한, 기관 운영의 효율성을 높이기 위해 학생 중심의 교육 지원 방안을 논의하고, 타 시도의 우수 기관 운영 사례를 공유하여 실무 적용을 돕는 시간을 가진다.

특히 이번 연수는 대안교육 민간위탁기관의 운영자 모두가 참여하여 최신 교육 트렌드와 혁신적인 교육 모델에 대한 정보 공유의 기회를 제공한다. 이를 통해 운영자들은 변화하는 교육 환경에 효과적으로 대응하고, 학생들의 학습 및 정서적 지원 방안을 모색할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 된다.

대전시교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 대안교육 기관의 역량을 한층 강화하고, 학생들에게 더 나은 교육 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 노력할 예정이다.

Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education Holds Capacity Building Training for Private Sector Alternative Education Institutions

On March 13, the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education held the ‘2025 Alternative Education Private Sector Alternative Education Institution Capacity Building Training’ in the conference room on the 7th floor of the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education.
