대전시교육청이 2025학년도 신학기부터 AI 디지털교과서(AIDT)가 안정적으로 적용될 수 있도록 ‘AI 디지털교과서 개통 비상대응단’(이하 AIDT 비상대응단)을 운영한다. 

이 비상대응단은 2025년 3월 31일까지 활동하며, AIDT 선정 학교에 대한 밀착 지원을 목표로 한다.

AIDT 비상대응단은 대전시교육청과 동·서부교육지원청, 직속기관의 AIDT 관련 업무 담당자들로 구성된 7개 팀으로 이루어져 있다. 이들은 AIDT 선정 학교의 준비 상황을 점검하고, 애로사항을 발굴하여 필요한 지원을 제공한다.

현재 AIDT 비상대응단은 AIDT 선정 학교의 네트워크 속도를 진단하여, 개선이 필요한 25개 학교 중 22개 학교의 무선망 증속을 완료했다. 나머지 3개 학교는 3월 중에 완료될 예정이다. 

또한, 디지털 활용 수업 지원을 위해 49개 학교에 디지털 튜터를 배치할 계획이다. 더불어, 희망하는 학교 교원을 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 AIDT 활용 수업역량 강화 직무연수’를 4월 말까지 운영할 예정이다.

각 학교는 AIDT와 관련된 상담이나 긴급조치가 필요할 경우, AIDT 비상대응단과 분야별 콜센터를 통해 지원을 요청할 수 있다. 대전시교육청은 이러한 노력을 통해 AI 디지털교과서의 원활한 도입과 활용을 도모하고 있다.

Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education Operates Emergency Response Team to Support Stable Application of AI Digital Textbooks

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education will operate the ‘AI Digital Textbook Opening Emergency Response Team’ (hereinafter referred to as the AIDT Emergency Response Team) to ensure stable application of AI Digital Textbooks (AIDT) starting from the new semester of the 2025 school year.

This emergency response team will operate until March 31, 2025, and aims to provide close support to schools selected for AIDT.

The AIDT Emergency Response Team consists of seven teams comprised of Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education, East and West Offices of Education, and AIDT-related staff from direct organizations. They will check the preparedness of schools selected for AIDT, identify issues, and provide necessary support.

Currently, the AIDT Emergency Response Team has diagnosed the network speed of schools selected for AIDT and completed wireless network expansion for 22 out of 25 schools that require improvement. The remaining three schools are scheduled to be completed in March.

In addition, we plan to deploy digital tutors to 49 schools to support digital-based classes. In addition, we plan to operate ‘AIDT Utilization Class Capacity Enhancement Job Training’ for teachers at schools that wish to participate until the end of April.
