▲ 대전시, 예산 두 배 증액...소상공인 임대료 지원 확대 안내

대전시는 소상공인의 경영 부담을 경감하기 위해 올해 임대료 지원 예산을 지난해의 두 배로 증액하여 총 34억 원을 투입한다고 발표했다. 

이번 지원은 연 매출 5천만 원 이하의 소상공인 1만 개 업체를 대상으로 하며, 각 업체에 최대 30만 원까지 지원될 예정이다.

상반기 지원 신청은 3월 12일부터 3월 31일까지 온라인으로 접수받으며, 지원 대상은 공고일 기준으로 6개월 이상 대전에서 사업장을 운영 중인 소상공인이다. 

신청자들은 적격 여부 심사를 거쳐 연 매출이 낮은 순서로 지원을 받을 수 있으며, 4월 중에 지급이 이루어질 계획이다.

대전시는 지난해 5천 63개 업체에 총 16억 원을 지원한 바 있으며, 올해는 상반기와 하반기로 나누어 두 차례에 걸쳐 지원을 진행할 예정이다. 

하반기 신청은 8월경에 진행될 예정이며, 지원 기준은 상반기 접수 및 지원 현황을 반영하여 조정될 수 있다. 특히, 상반기에 지원받은 소상공인도 하반기에 중복 신청이 가능하다.

권경민 대전시 경제국장은 “고정비 부담이 큰 소상공인들에게 임대료 지원이 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”라며, “대전시는 소상공인들이 경영 불안을 덜고 다시 도약할 수 있도록 촘촘한 지원 정책을 펼쳐 나가겠다”라고 강조했다.
