대전시의회 예산결산특별위원회(위원장 민경배)는 19일 제284회 임시회 의사일정에 따라 제1차 회의를 열고 2025년도 제1회 대전광역시 추가경정 예산안을 의결했다. 

이번 예산안은 기정예산 대비 0.5%인 351억 1000만 원이 증액된 6조 7122억 600만 원으로 편성되었다.

이번 추가경정예산안은 고물가와 고금리 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 관내 소상공인과 자영업자의 위기 극복을 지원하기 위한 경영회복 지원금을 포함하고 있으며, 의원들은 이와 관련하여 다양한 의견을 나누었다. 

의원들은 소상공인 보호와 경영 안정 및 회복을 위한 예산 편성이 필요하다는 점에 공감하면서도, 사업 추진 과정에서 의회와의 협의 부족, 부정확한 세입 추계, 지원 대상 기준의 사각지대 문제 등을 지적했다.

또한, 의원들은 자치구와의 원활한 협의와 객관적인 데이터 확보의 중요성을 강조하며, 예산이 효율적으로 집행될 수 있도록 철저한 준비와 홍보가 필요하다고 입을 모았다. 

이들은 소상공인 지원 사업이 차질 없이 진행될 수 있도록 명확한 기준을 설정하고, 지원 대상자에게 정보를 충분히 전달할 것을 당부했다.

The Daejeon City Council Budget and Settlement Special Committee (Chairperson Min Kyung-bae) held its first meeting on the 19th according to the agenda of the 284th extraordinary session and approved the first Daejeon Metropolitan City Supplementary Budget for 2025.
