충남 서천수협이 차기 임원 선출을 위한 대의원총회를 앞두고 있는 가운데, 일부에서 총회에 참석하려는 대의원들의 불참을 유도하고 있다는 의혹이 제기돼 서천수협이 긴장하고 있다.
