세종시는 13일 시청 집현실에서 기회발전특구와 교육발전특구 운영을 위한 특구 전담조직(TF)의 첫 번째 회의를 열었다고 밝혔다. 

이번 회의는 지난해 7월과 11월에 각각 지정된 교육발전특구와 기회발전특구에 대한 후속조치로, 지난달 17일 구성된 전담조직의 첫 공식적인 자리였다.

특구 전담조직(TF)은 이승원 경제부시장을 팀장으로 하여 김현기 경제산업국장, 시 관련 부서장, 시교육청, 행복청 관련 부서장, 세종테크노파크, 세종상공회의소, 일자리경제진흥원, 대학 산학협력단 등 다양한 유관기관의 구성원으로 이루어졌다.

이들은 기업 인력양성 ,기업지원 ,투자유치·홍보 ,교육특구 성과점검 등 4개 분야를 중심으로, 담당 부서(기관) 간 긴밀한 협업을 통해 세종시의 특성을 반영한 효율적인 특구 운영안을 마련할 계획이다.

회의에서는 특구 운영 기본계획, 특구 기업협의체 구성, 기업 지원시책 개편, 특구 수요맞춤형 지원사업, 협약형 특성화고 지정 등 6개 안건의 세부 추진계획이 공유되었으며, 이에 대한 관련 논의가 진행되었다.

세종시는 앞으로 특구 전담조직(TF) 회의를 분기별로 개최하여 특구 성과를 점검할 예정이다. 

또한, 다양한 기업지원 프로그램을 통해 기업 투자를 촉진하고, 기업이 체감할 수 있는 정책을 추진할 계획이다. 

이를 통해 특구 간 연계를 강화하고, 산업 인재 양성과 지역 일자리 창출 등 실효성 있는 특구 운영을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 예정이다.

Sejong City Holds First Meeting of Special Zone Task Force (TF)

On the 13th, Sejong City held the first meeting of the Special Zone Task Force (TF) for the operation of the Opportunity Development Special Zone and the Education Development Special Zone at the City Hall Office.

They plan to establish an efficient special zone operation plan that reflects the characteristics of Sejong City through close collaboration between departments (organizations) in charge, focusing on four areas: corporate human resource development, corporate support, investment attraction/promotion, and education special zone performance review.

At the meeting, detailed implementation plans for six agenda items were shared, including the basic plan for special zone operation, establishment of a special zone corporate council, reorganization of corporate support policies, special zone demand-tailored support projects, and designation of agreement-type specialized high schools, and related discussions were held.

Sejong City plans to hold special zone task force (TF) meetings every quarter to review special zone performance.

In addition, it plans to promote corporate investment through various corporate support programs and promote policies that companies can feel.

Through this, it plans to strengthen the connection between special zones and continuously promote effective special zone operation, such as fostering industrial talent and creating local jobs.
