최민호 세종시장이 4일 시청 대회의실에서 열린 2월 확대 간부회의에서 올해를 격변과 혁신의 해로 정의하며, 시정 내부에서부터 혁신을 찾아내고 역량을 키워 새로운 시대에 대비할 것을 당부했다.

최 시장은 “우리 사회가 어려운 상황에서도 안정적으로 유지될 수 있는 것은 국민의 성숙한 시민의식과 공무원의 적극적인 노력 덕분”이라며, 2025년 한 해 동안 예상치 못한 변화와 혁신이 있을 것이라고 전망했다. 

그는 공직 내부에서부터 혁신 역량을 키워 시민들의 평온하고 품격 있는 삶을 지원해야 한다고 강조했다.
