대전시가 2월 4일 개막하는 일본 삿포로 눈축제 현장에 대전시 관광홍보관을 설치하고, 대전의 대표적인 관광명소와 꿈씨 패밀리 캐릭터들을 소개한다고 밝혔다.

삿포로 눈축제는 대전시의 자매도시인 삿포로시의 대표적인 축제로, 지난해 8일 간의 축제 기간 동안 238만 9천 명이 방문한 인기 축제이다. 

이러한 세계적인 축제가 열리는 현장에 대전홍보관이 문을 열어, 축제를 찾은 전 세계 관광객들에게 대전을 알릴 예정이다. 홍보관은 꿈씨 패밀리를 활용한 디자인으로 꾸며져 관광객들의 시선을 사로잡을 계획이다.

홍보관에서는 대전의 자연, 문화, 축제를 소개하는 사진 전시와 함께 대전시와 삿포로시의 자매결연 15주년을 기념하는 특별 사진전이 진행된다. 

또한, 꿈씨 패밀리 포토존과 굿즈 전시를 통해 꿈씨 패밀리를 소개하며, 이벤트를 통해 엽서, 네임택, 키링 등 다양한 꿈씨 패밀리 기념품을 제공할 예정이다. 이러한 다양한 프로그램은 관광객들의 많은 관심을 받을 것으로 기대된다.

대전시 홍보관은 4일부터 11일까지 오도리공원 9가에서 운영되며, 매일 오전 10시부터 오후 8시까지 관람할 수 있다.

Daejeon City to Operate Tourism Promotion Center at Sapporo Snow Festival
