대전시는 9일 시청에서 국민은행, 하나은행 등 13개 시중은행과 함께 대전형 소상공인 초저금리 특별자금 지원을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 협약을 통해 대전시는 소상공인들에게 6000억 원 규모의 특별자금을 지원하며, 최대 2.7%의 이차보전을 제공할 예정이다.

은행들은 자금 융자업무를 전담하며, 소상공인들에게 제공하는 금리를 인하할 계획이다. 이장우 대전시장은 “어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인들이 이번 특별자금 지원을 통해 조금이나마 시름을 덜고, 경영난을 해소할 수 있길 바란다”라고 전했다.
