대전 중구가 구민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역발전에 기여한 공무원을 대상으로 ‘2024년 하반기 적극 행정 우수공무원’을 선발했다고 8일 밝혔다. 

이번 선발은 적극행정위원회의 심의를 통해 진행되었으며, 총 5명의 공무원이 선정되었다.

선정된 공무원 중 ‘매우 우수’ 공무원에는 공원녹지과 원신재 팀장과 주차관리과 박민석 팀장이 이름을 올렸다. 

원신재 팀장은 산림지업 지역일자리 창출을 위한 상생 업무협약을 추진한 공로로, 박민석 팀장은 주정차민원 전담콜센터 운영을 통해 주민 편의를 증진시킨 점이 높이 평가되었다.

‘우수’ 공무원으로는 노인장애인과 강주원 주무관, 공동주택과 오상모 팀장, 건강증진과 박수진 주무관이 선정되었다. 

강주원 주무관은 초고령사회 대비 노인여가복지시설 현대화 강화를 위해 노력했으며, 오상모 팀장은 공동주택 단지 내 근로자 휴게시설 설치를 추진했다. 박수진 주무관은 임산부 및 영유아를 위한 비대면 사업 활성화에 기여한 바 있다.

중구는 모든 수상자에게 포상휴가를 부여할 예정이며, 특히 ‘매우 우수’ 공무원에게는 최고 등급의 성과상여금을 지급할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 

이번 선발은 창의적이고 능동적인 공직문화 확산을 위한 중구의 지속적인 노력의 일환으로, 앞으로도 지역 발전과 구민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 최선을 다할 것으로 보인다.
