충남교육청이 '영유아학교 4차 컨설팅과 컨설팅 평가 협의회'를 아산시에서 개최했다고 8일 밝혔다. 

이번 협의회에는 시범학교 관리자 및 교사, 컨설턴트 등 20명이 참석해 시범학교 운영 성과와 향후 개선점에 관해 심도있게 논의하는 시간을 가졌다. 

특히, 영유아학교 시범학교의 체계적 운영 관리와 현장 역량 강화 관련 피드백을 통해 2025년 영유아학교 운영 내실화 및 효율적 교육 관리 전략을 구체적으로 모색했으며, ▲시범학교의 원장 학습공동체 ‘유보이룸 공동체’ ▲교사 학습공동체 ‘아이행복 사랑방’ 운영 ▲교사역량강화 맞춤형 연수 등 내실있는 운영을 위한 다각적 지원 방안들을 고심했다.

양은주 유아교육복지과장은 “오늘 협의회는 2024 영유아학교 운영 평가를 마무리하는 중요한 자리로, 그간의 성과를 바탕으로 영유아 교육의 질적 향상과 2025년의 안정적인 운영을 도모하며, 교육 현장에서 실효성 있는 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
