충남도의회 농수산해양위원회(위원장 이연희)는 지난 5일 제356회 정례회 4차 회의에서 2025년 본예산과 2024년도 제2회 추가경정예산을 심사하고, 총 26억 원을 삭감하기로 결정했다고 6일 밝혔다. 

이번 삭감은 농어업의 지속가능성을 높이기 위한 조치로, 2025년 본예산 69억 3196만 원 중 11개 사업에 대해 26억 6642만 원을, 2024년 2회 추경에서는 14억 7250만 원을 삭감했다.

위원회는 농어업인들에게 실질적인 혜택을 제공하고, 건전한 재정 운영을 위해 선택과 집중의 원칙을 강조했다. 

이연희 위원장은 지속가능한 농어업을 위한 신중한 예산 심사를 당부하며, 도민의 입장에서 실질적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 예산 편성이 중요하다고 밝혔다.

회의에서는 스마트농업, 가루쌀 유통, 축산 악취 개선 등 주요 현안에 대한 논의도 진행되었다. 

특히, 스마트 복합단지 조성과 관련해 청년농들이 부지 확보에 어려움을 겪고 있다는 점이 지적되었으며, 충남도와 시군 간의 협약을 통해 체계적인 지원이 필요하다는 의견이 나왔다.

또한, 충남형 가루쌀 사업의 유통 방안 마련과 농촌융복합산업제품 생산기업의 창업 및 육성에 대한 필요성도 강조되었다. 

축산 악취 문제에 대해서는 예산이 감액된 점에 대한 우려가 제기되었으며, 예산 증액과 함께 적극적인 정책 추진이 요구되었다.

회의에서는 ‘충청남도 쌀 소비 촉진을 위한 아침밥 지원 조례안’과 ‘충청남도 재단법인 세계딸기산업엑스포조직위원회 설립 및 지원 조례안’ 등 5건의 조례안도 통과되었다.

Chungnam Provincial Council Agriculture, Fisheries and Oceans Committee Decides to Cut 2025 Budget by 2.6 Billion Won

The Chungnam Provincial Council Agriculture, Fisheries and Oceans Committee (Chairperson Lee Yeon-hee) announced on the 6th that it reviewed the 2025 budget and the 2nd supplementary budget for 2024 at the 4th meeting of the 356th regular session on the 5th and decided to cut a total of 2.6 billion won.

The meeting also passed five ordinances, including the ‘Chungcheongnam-do Rice Consumption Promotion Breakfast Support Ordinance’ and the ‘Chungcheongnam-do Foundation World Strawberry Industry Expo Organizing Committee Establishment and Support Ordinance’.
