세종시가 20일 지방세·세외수입 고액·상습 체납자 334명(162억 3,800만 원)을 시 누리집에 공개했다. 

명단공개 대상은 지방세 체납자 317명, 세외수입 체납자 17명이며 이 중 올해 신규 공개자는 100명(38억 원)이다.

지방세는 개인 43명·법인 44곳 등 87명(35억 원), 세외수입은 개인 10명·법인 3곳 등 13명(3억 원)이다.

명단공개는 2024년 1월 1일 기준 체납 발생일부터 1년이 지났고 체납액이 1,000만 원 이상인 경우 진행된다. 

공개 항목은 체납자 성명(법인명)·상호, 나이, 업종(직업), 주소, 체납액, 세목, 납부 기한 등이다.

앞서 세종시는 지난 3월 공개 예정자에게 명단공개 대상자임을 사전 안내하고 6개월 이상 소명 기회를 부여했다.

이후 지방세심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐 명단공개 대상자를 최종확정하고 공개했다.

Sejong City released 334 high-amount and habitual local tax and non-tax revenue delinquents (KRW 16.238 billion) on the city website on the 20th.
