강경젓갈축제 개막 2일 차 갑작스레 쏟아진 빗줄기로 강경젓갈축제장 일원에 물이 들어참에 따라 논산시가 인력 및 펌프 장비 등을 투입해 배수 작업을 실시하는 등 안전한 축제장을 위해 신속한 재정비를 실시했다.
