충남 아산시가 여름방학을 맞는 어린이들에게 물놀이장을 선물 한다.

이를 위해 아산시는 오는 23일부터 다음달 18일까지 온천동 205-2 장항선 철도하부공간(온양제일호텔 뒤)에 어린이 물놀이장을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

물놀이장은 유아와 초등학생 이하 어린이들을 대상으로 무료로 운영되며, 워터에어바운스 풀장, 슬라이드 등 물놀이시설과 화장실, 탈의실, 샤워시설 등 편의시설을 갖추고 있다. 다만 6세 이하 어린이는 부모와 동반해야 입장 가능하다.

운영시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 1시까지 ,오후 2시부터 5시까지로 총 2회차로 나눠 운영되며, 오후 1시부터 2시까지는 휴식 및 점검을 위한 시간으로 이용이 제한된다. 매주 월요일 및 기상악화 시에는 휴장한다.

물놀이장 동시 수용인원은 어린이의 안전을 위해 회차당 100명 내외로 제한되며, 입장은 현장 선착순 접수로 진행된다. 또한 물놀이장의 이용자가 어린이인 만큼 수질 관리, 안전 요원 배치, 시설 점검 등을 통해 안전사고에 특히 주의해 운영할 계획이다.
