대전 서구가 지난 10일 내린 집중호우로 인해 피해가 발생한 서구 용촌동 수해복구 현장에서 대책회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

13일 기성동 행정복지센터 2층 회의실에서 집중호우로 인한 기성동 수해복구 대책회의를 개최한 서구는 이날 회의에서 서철모 청장을 비롯한 서구 재난안전대책본부 13개 실무반, 군부대 관계자가 참석해 기성동 정방마을 복구 현황을 확인하고 개선 방안을 논의했다.

대책회의에서 서구는 자원봉사단체 관리, 쓰레기 처리, 전력공급, 교통통제, 수방 자재 관리 등에 대한 논의를 했다.

대책회의에 참석한 서철모 청장은 “주말부터 추가적인 호우가 예상되는 만큼 신속하게 복구하는 것이 중요하다“라며 ”주민들의 피해를 최소화하고 빠르게 일상을 찾을 수 있도록 모든 행정력을 총동원해달라“고 주문했다.

한편, 서구는 기성동 일원 피해 대응을 위해 지난 12일부터 현장복구지원 TF팀을 구성해 응급 복구와 주민 지원에 만전을 기하고 있다.
