대전테크노파크와 세종테크노파크, 충남테크노파크, 충북테크노파크 등 충청권 테크노파크가 ‘충청권 메가시티’ 성공 안착을 위해 9일 상생 협력을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이날 상생 협력 체결은 충청권 광역생활경제권 구축을 위한 특별지자체인 충청광역연합(가칭)의 연내 출범을 앞두고 충청 지역산업의 발전을 위해 충청권 테크노파크가 뜻을 모았다는 의미를 두고 있다.

업무협약식에는 김우연 대전TP 원장, 양현봉 세종TP 원장, 서규석 충남TP 원장, 오원근 충북TP 원장 등 충청권 4개 테크노파크 원장 등 관계자 20여명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.

이날 업무협약을 통해 4개 기관은 초광역 첨단 산업발전 육성 및 공동사업 추진 ,국제교류 및 협력에 관한 공동업무 ,지역기업 육성에 관한 협력지원체계 구축 ,지역인재육성에 관한 산‧학‧연‧관 협력체계 구축 등을 위해 상호 적극 협력해 나갈 방침이다.

협약식에 참석한 김우연 대전TP 원장은 “충청권 지역산업거점 기관인 4개 테크노파크가 지역경제 상생 발전을 위해 업무협약을 체결한 만큼 새로운 성장동력을 만들기 위해 긴밀하게 소통하며 실질적인 협력관계를 만들어나가길 바란다”고 말했다.
