대전시의회 산업건설위원회가 10일 제278회 제1차 정례회을 열고 전략사업추진실, 교통건설국, 경제과학국, 도시주택국 소관 조례안 등을 심사했다.

이날 회의에서 송활섭 부위원장(국민의힘, 대덕구2)은 ‘대전광역시 무인항공기산업 육성 및 지원 조례 일부개정조례안’과 ‘대전광역시 중소기업 기술혁신 촉진에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’, 대전광역시 건축 조례 일부개정조례안을 대표 발의하고 제안 설명을 했다.

김선광 의원(국민의힘, 중구2)은 ‘대전광역시 견인자동차 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’을 대표 발의하며 “주차위반 차량 견인에 대한 소요비용 산정기준을 현실화하여 안전한 교통 환경을 조성하고자 본 조례안을 발의했다”고 설명했다.

김영삼 의원(국민의힘, 서구2)은 공영자전거 타슈 위탁 사업 관련하여 직원들의 육아휴직으로 인한 인력 공백이 발생했음에도 인력을 충원하지 않고 인건비를 반납한 점을 지적하며, 대체인력을 적시에 채용하는 등 인력 운영의 효율성을 높일 것을 강조했다.

송대윤 의원(더불어민주당, 유성구2)은 ‘대전광역시 공동주택 층간소음 방지조례 전부개정조례안’을 대표 발의하며 “층간소음 방지 시책의 사각지대에 있는 다가구주택, 오피스텔 등까지 조례 적용 대상 범위를 확대하고자 한다”고 발의 취지를 설명했다.

이날 산업건설위원회 소관 안건 심사 결과, 대전광역시 무인항공기산업 육성 및 지원 조례 일부개정조례안 등 조례안 7건, 동의안 2건은 원안대로 의결했으며, 대전광역시 전통시장 및 상점가 지원 조례 일부개정조례안은 본회의에 부의하지 않기로 의결했다. 

한편, 오늘 가결된 안건들은 오는 19일 제3차 본회의에서 최종 의결 예정이다.
