전국적으로 발생한 전월세 사기 피해자 가운데 사회 초년생들인 청년들이 대거 포함되면서 이들에 대한 지원이 절실히 요구되고 있는 가운데 충남도가 전월세 계약 경험이 부족한 도내 청년을 대상으로 올 연말까지 ‘주택 안심계약 도움서비스’를 본격 시행한다고 10일 밝혔다.

충남도가 운영에 나선 주택 안심계약 도움서비스는 도내 거주하거나 거주 예정인 청년에 ‘주택 안심계약 상담사(관내 개업 공인중개사)’가 주택 전월세 계약 관련 상담을 무료로 제공하는 사업이다.

주택 안심계약 상담사는 한국공인중개사협회 충남도회가 추천한 관내 개업 공인중개사 중에서 선정했으며, 시군구별 2∼5명으로 총 47명이다.

상담사는 청년들이 이중계약, 깡통전세 등 전월세 계약 과정에서 부당한 일을 겪지 않도록 상담해 주며, 임대차 계약 시 등기부등본·건축물대장 등 서류 점검을 돕는다.

아울러 청년 대상 맞춤형 지원 정책 등을 소개하고, 이미 임대차 계약을 한 상황이라면 계약 만료 시 보증금 반환 등을 위해 필요한 절차와 주의 사항을 안내한다.

또 집을 보러 갈 때 동행해서 주택 상태를 확인·점검하고 주거 환경 관련 조언도 해준다.

해당 서비스는 시군구 담당자에게 전화 신청을 하거나 누리집을 통해 상담 신청하면 되며, 상담사와 일정을 협의해 전화 또는 대면 상담을 받을 수 있고 상담 시간 외에 상담이 필요한 경우 상담사와 협의해 일정 조율도 가능하다.
