세종시가 청년 전세대출 입주자들의 이자지원사업을 지속 추진한다.

이를 위해 세종시는 5일 ‘청년 주택임차보증금 이자지원사업’ 참여자를 6월부터 상시모집 한다고 밝혔다.

청년 주택임차보증금 이자지원사업은 세종시-한국주택금융공사-하나은행 간 협약으로 청년에게 전세 대출한도 1억 원 이내에 대출이자 4.1%를 지원하는 사업으로 2년 만기 일시상환 조건으로 최장 6년(2회 연장 가능)까지 지원하며 청년은 대출이자 중 4.1%를 뺀 나머지 이자를 부담하면 된다.

지원 대상은 19∼39세 이하 무주택 청년 또는 신혼부부다. 관외자는 선정 후 대출일로부터 1개월 이내에 반드시 전입해야 한다.

취업준비생, 직장인, 신혼부부 등 신청유형에 따라 소득요건은 다르며 신혼부부는 혼인신고일 기준 7년 미만으로 모두 청년이어야 한다.

대상 주택은 세종시 내 전세 또는 반전세 주택으로 임차보증금 한도는 미혼 청년 2억 원 이하, 청년 신혼부부는 3억 원 이하다. 임차인 보호가 어려운 불법건축물과 다중주택은 지원받을 수 없다.
