글로벌 과학기술 선도기업인 머크 라이프사이언스(이하 머크사·대표 마티아스 하인젤)사의 바이오프로세싱 생산센터 착공식이 29일 둔곡지구 현장에서 개최됐다.

착공식에는 이장우 대전시장 외에도 머크 이사회 멤버이자, 라이프 사이언스 비지니스 CEO인 마티아스 하인젤(Matthias Heinzel) 대표, 산업통상자원부 정인교 통상교섭본부장, 게오르크 빌프리드 슈미트(Georg Wilfried Schmidt) 주한 독일대사 등 머크를 비롯한 주요 관계자들이 참석해 이번 센터 착공을 축하했다.
