행정안전부가 특별지방자치단체 ‘충청지방정부연합’ 설치를 공식 승인했다.

충청권 특별지방자치단체 합동추진단은 특별지방자치단체의 기본 규범 역할을 하는 충청지방정부연합 규약을 행정안전부가 지난 20일 조건부 승인하고 4개 시도가 고시함으로써 전국 최초 특별지방자치단체의 설치 근거가 마련됐다고 밝혔다.
