대전시사회서비스원이 마을 돌봄 주민 참여를 활성화하고 사회서비스의 품질을 높이기 위한 교육의 장을 마련했다. 

주민 참여형 돌봄 사업인 복지만두레 리더와 공무원 200여 명을 대상으로 17일과 22일 공모사업 회계 지침 및 통합돌봄 우수사례 교육을 진행했다. 

회계 교육은 대전시사회서비스원의 회계행정 컨설턴트로 활동 중인 김미애 선우노인복지센터장이 공모사업 지출과 회계를 주제로 현장 중심의 체감도 높은 교육을 펼쳤다.

지난해 통합돌봄지원사업 우수기관으로 선정된 대덕구청의 김영례 통합돌봄팀장이 ‘대덕구 우수사례’를 중심으로 2024년 대전시 복지정책과 복지만두레 활동을 강연했다.

김인식 원장은 “내가 사는 마을에서 주민이 직접 돌봄을 펼치는 복지만두레 사업은 전국을 선도하는 대전의 자랑스러운 대표 사업”이라고 강조하며 “복지만두레 회원 및 관계 공무원분들이 필요로 하는 교육을 발굴하고 기획해서 업무에 도움이 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
