대전창조경제혁신센터(이하 대전혁신센터)가 육성한 스타트업이 SK텔레콤의 ‘ESG Korea 2024’에 최종 선정되는 성과를 달성했다고 대전혁신센터가 30일 밝혔다.

‘ESG Korea 2024’는 SK텔레콤, 마이크로소프트 등 글로벌 IT 기업들이 공동 주관하는 공모전으로 AI 분야 스타트업을 지원한다. 선정된 기업은 SK텔레콤 및 그룹 관계사와 협업 미팅, SKT 및 공동 주관사 펀드 투자 유치 등의 기회를 얻게 된다.

30일 대전혁신센터에 따르면 지난해 대전센터의 보육기업 4개사가 최종 심사(3차 PT 심사)를 통과함으로써‘ESG Korea 2024’에 최종 선정되었다고 전했다.

총 220개사가 지원하여 최종 20개사가 선정되었고, 최종 선정된 대전센터 보육기업은 린솔(대표 이효근, 구조 및 탐지용 장치 개발업 신호처리 회로부 설계 및 제작업) ,디앤씨바이오테크놀로지(대표 박성수, 의료인력난을 해결하는 차세대 소변검사 솔루션) ,스트레스솔루션(대표 배익렬, 사운드센싱 기술 활용 청각솔루션) ,돌봄드림(대표 김지훈, 심탄도 센서 기반 라이프로그 관제 시스템, Clomental(클로멘탈)) 까지 4개사다.

박대희 대전혁신센터장은“창업기업의 열정과 대전혁신센터의 창업지원 노력이 결실로 나타났다”며 “앞으로도 파트너그룹인 SK와의 지속적인 협업을 통해 지역 내 ESG 분야 스타트업의 성장을 돕고 이를 통해 더 나은 사회적, 환경적 그리고 지속가능한 미래를 만들어가는 데 일조하겠다.”고 전했다.
