대전시교육청이 24일‘2024년 대전행복이음 마을교육공동체’에 선정된 마을학교 및 씨앗동아리 운영자를 대상으로 역량강화 연수를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

지난 3월 진행한‘2024년 대전행복이음 마을교육공동체’ 공개모집 결과, 마을학교 5단체, 씨앗동아리 16팀을 최종 선정하였으며, 선정된 마을학교에는 단체별 600만 원에서 1000만 원까지 차등 지원하고, 씨앗동아리에는 각 100만 원에서 150만 원의 운영비를 지원할 예정이다.

이번 연수는 5월부터 11월까지 활동하게 되는 공모사업 운영자를 대상으로 ‘마을과 함께하는 배움으로 미래를 여는 같이행복교육’을 실현하기 위한 대전행복이음 마을교육공동체가 갖는 가치를 공유하고, 마을학교와 씨앗동아리의 역량을 강화하기 위하여 실시하였다.

연수는 대전마을교육공동체의 이해 및 컨설팅 계획, 실무 지원을 위한 사업 추진 유의사항과 지원금 집행기준 안내 순으로 진행하였다. 아울러 마을교육공동체 문화 확산을 위한 지원금 사업이 청렴하게 이행되도록 시민참여 대전교육 청렴콘텐츠 공모 수상작을 공유했다.
