대전시가 저출생 극복 임신지원사업을 추진한다.

이를 위해 대전시는 4월 1일부터 임신을 준비 중인 부부를 대상으로‘임신 사전건강관리 지원사업’과 ‘냉동난자 사용 보조생식술 지원사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

‘임신 사전건강관리 지원’은 임신·출산에 장애가 될 수 있는 건강 위험 요인을 조기에 발견하는 필수가임력 검사비를 지원하는 사업으로 지원 대상은 임신을 준비하는 부부(사실혼 포함)와 예비 신혼부부이며 사전 신청을 받아 예산 소진 시까지 선착순으로 지원한다. 

지원 대상자로 결정되면 사업 참여의료기관에 보건소에서 발행한 검사의뢰서를 제출한 후 검사를 받을 수 있다. 검사 항목은 여성의 경우 난소기능검사 및 부인과 초음파 검사, 남성은 정자 정밀형태 검사다.

검사비 비급여 실비를 1회에 한해 지원하며 지원 금액은 여성은 13만 원, 남성은 5만 원으로 부부당 최대 18만원까지 지원한다. 

‘냉동난자 사용 보조생식술 지원’사업은 기존에 난자를 냉동해 둔 상태에서 보조생식술로 임신하고자 하는 부부가 대상이다. 

필수 가임력 검사비 지원과 달리 사전 신청 절차가 따로 필요 없고 진료를 받은 후 주소지 보건소에 청구서 및 진료비영수증 등 증빙자료만 제출하면 지원받을 수 있다. 예산 소진 시까지 부부당 1회 100만 원 한도 내 지원하며 최대 2회까지 지원받을 수 있다.
