충남 천안시가 2만 9000개의 신규 일자리 창출과 고용률(15~64세) 68.8% 달성을 목표로 ‘2024년 일자리 세부계획’을 수립·공시했다고 29일 밝혔다.

이를 위해 천안시는 민간주도 일자리 ,혁신일자리 ,시민주도 일자리 ,대상 맞춤형 일자리 ,상생일자리 등 5대 전략을 기반으로 13대 실천 과제, 107개 세부사업을 추진한다.

먼저 기업성장 기반 마련과 일자리 창출 인프라 조성을 위해 15개 산업단지 조성 및 공공기관을 유치를 추진한다. 지역 제조업의 구인난 해소하기 위해 산업단지 기숙사 임차비 지원, 지역 중소기업 반도체 인력양성지원 사업을 추진한다. 

또 미래 산업전환에 대응하고 고도화를 지원하기 위해 천안형 스타 디지털 인재양성사업과 차세대 디스플레이 혁신공정 플랫폼 구축 사업을 추진하고 스타트업 기업을 발굴, 유니콘기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다. 

청년 큐레이터, 청년 농업인 영농정착 지원사업을 통해 지역 기반 일자리 사업을 추진하고 사회적경제지원센터를 통해 사회적기업의 역량 강화와 판로 구축을 지원한다.

시가 직면하고 있는 청년 감소, 고령인구 증가 등 인구 현안에 대응하기 위해 촘촘한 대상별 맞춤 일자리사업을 추진하며, 청년·여성 등 대상별 일자리 거버넌스를 운영해 유관기관, 전문가들과 함께 시민이 몸소 체감할 수 있는 일자리 정책 발굴을 위해 힘을 모을 계획이다

기업간의 일자리 격차를 완화하고 상생을 도모하기 위해 비정규직센터를 운영하고 지역 노사민정협의회 활성화를 지원하며, 소상공인의 안정적인 경영환경 조성을 위해 특례보증 사업 운영을 계속한다.

이와 함께 천안지역일자리추진단을 구성해 세부계획에 제시된 추진과제를 중심으로 추진 실적을 확인하고 일자리 추진 부서, 유관기관, 일자리전문가의 의견을 수렴해 일자리 목표를 달성 현황을 지속적으로 점검할 계획이다.
