국내 최대규모로 펼쳐지는 2024 한국회전익기 전시회(이하 전시회) 개막식이 ‘2024논산딸기축제’가 개최되고 있는 논산시민운동장에서 펼쳐졌다. 

이날 개막식에는 백성현 논산시장과 양윤석 육군항공학교장 등 관계자 20명이 참석하여 이날 행사를 축하했다.

논산딸기축제 기간(21일~24일) 동안 진행되는 전시회는 국내 최대 전시인 총 8개의 헬기 전시를 비롯, 논산시를 한눈에 감상할 수 있는 헬기 탑승체험도 진행된다. 

특히 이날은 최신 전력인 LAH소형무장헬기 LAH(Light Armed Helicopter)의 전시와 기동시범비행이 눈길을 끌었다.
