대전 유성구가 오는 4일부터 3월 22일까지 1분기 개발제한구역 불법행위 특별단속을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 특별단속은 농번기를 앞두고 개발제한구역 내 불법행위로 인해 지역주민이 받는 피해를 예방하고자 계도·홍보 및 수시 순찰을 실시하고, 이미 행위허가를 받은 토지 또는 건축물의 허가내용 이행실태를 점검한다.

주요 단속내용은 객토로 인한 무분별한 성토행위 ,불법 벌채 및 굴취행위 ,허가 받지 않은 건축행위(농막, 창고 등)이며, 주요 지점에 단속 안내 현수막을 게시하고 홍보물을 배부할 예정이다.

유성구는 적발된 불법행위가 경미한 경우 자진 원상복구 하도록 독려하고, 대규모 및 영리목적 등의 불법행위에 대해서는 관계법령에 따라 시정명령 후 이행강제금 부과, 고발조치 등 엄정 대응한다는 방침이다.
