대전시사회서비스원(원장 김인식)이 노인맞춤돌봄서비스(이하 노인맞돌), 응급안전안심 서비스(이하 응급안전) 관계자와의 간담회를 통해 2024년 사업 준비를 마쳤다고 밝혔다.

노인맞돌 및 응급안전 사업관계자를 대상으로 총 2회에 걸쳐 진행된 2024년 간담회 및 실무협의회가 28일 종료됐다. 

이번 간담회는 사업 지침 변경 사항 안내 ,2024년 사업추진을 위한 논의 ,사업 협의 및 현장 애로사항 공유 등이 이뤄졌다. 

2024년 지침 변경 사안으로 기존 중점 돌봄 대상자에게 이뤄진 서비스 제공 시간이 최소 16시간에서 20시간으로 늘어난다. 

또한 선임전담사회복지사와 응급관리요원 심리지원 교육이 신설 및 추가돼 대상자를 위한 서비스 및 종사자 지원이 강화됐다. 

그밖에 인건비 가이드라인 변경 ,응급안전 대상자 확대 ,응급안전 종사자 채용 절차 변경 등이 변경된다. 

지난 1년간의 활동을 통해 현장에서 겪은 애로사항을 점검하고 복지 사각지대 발굴과 대상자 모집을 위한 홍보 방안들이 심도 있게 논의됐다.

김인식 대전시사회서비스원 원장은 “홀로 사는 어르신들을 위해 안정적인 돌봄서비스를 제공하는 종사자분들의 노고에 감사드린다”며 “대상자에게 고품질의 사회서비스가 이뤄질 수 있도록 대전시, 자치구, 수행기관 관계자 간 협력을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
