대전시와 대전테크노파크가 반도체 소재․부품․장비 육성에 나선다.

이를 위해 대전시와 대전테크노파크는 해외 의존도를 낮추고 기술 고도화 및 미래시장 선점을 위해 3억8천만 원 규모를 지원한다는 계획이다.

대전테크노파크(이하 대전TP)는 오는 14일까지 대전 반도체분야 소재․부품․장비(이하 소부장) 기업의 핵심 기술력 확보와 경쟁력 강화를 위해 실증평가 및 기술지원사업 참여기업을 모집한다고 29일 밝혔다.

대전TP는 소부장 기업육성을 위해 실증평가를 위한 시험 비용, 시험지그 제작, 재료 구매 및 고도화 등에 지원기업별 최대 4750만원씩 총 3억8000만원을 지원할 계획이다.

지원대상은 본사 또는 공장이 대전 내 소재하고 있는 업력 1년 이상 기업으로 반도체 ,메모리용 및 비메모리용 기타 전자직접회로 ,디스플레이‧반도체소재 ,발광 다이오드 및 기타 반도체 소자 ,반도체 제조용 기계 등 반도체 관련 분야면 지원 가능하다.

김우연 대전TP 원장은 “대전의 나노‧반도체 기업들이 경쟁력을 가지려면 생태계를 구성하는 소부장․팹리스․인재가 뒷받침돼야 한다”며 “미래 반도체 소부장 시장에서 성과 있는 지표를 낼 수 있도록 대전 기업들의 기술개발과 인재 양성에 적극 지원해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 대전TP는 대전지역 반도체산업 육성을 위한 시제품 제작지원, 나노‧반도체기업 R&D기획 역량강화사업, 시스템반도체 기술지원사업 등을 3월 중 공고할 예정이다.
