사회보장급여 부정수급자로 인해 복지재정 악화로 이어지고 있는 가운데 대전시가 사회보장급여 부정수급을 근절하고 복지재정 누수를 방지하기 위해 26일부터 내달 25일까지 부정수급 집중 신고기간을 운영한다고 21일 밝혔다.

대전시는 부정수급으로 확정돼 환수 처분이 내려진 경우, 환수 결정액의 30% 범위에서 신고포상금을 지급한다.

또한 차세대사회보장정보시스템(행복e음)을 통해 통보되는 사회급여보장급여 대상자에 대한 거주지·가구원 변동, 소득·재산변동, 부양의무자 변동사항 등 공적자료를 확보해 매일 확인하는 한편,기초생계수급자중 급여관리·사용능력이 없는 의사무능력자에 대한 사용실태를 지속적으로 점검해 부정수급 사전차단에 나서고 있다.

행복e음 시스템이 도입되면서 공적자료 제공기관이 늘어나고 있어 올해는 25개 기관 94종으로 확대돼 재산변동, 국민연금, 군복무, 농지, 출입국자료, 사망, 전·출입 등이 시스템과 연계되어 확인할 수 있다.
