‘2027 충청권 하계세계대학경기대회 조직위원회’(이하 “조직위원회”)는 지난 16일 대회 비전과 개최 시ㆍ도의 상징색 등을 반영한 대회 엠블럼을 최종 선정했다고 밝혔다.

이번에 선정된 U 형태의 엠블럼은 곡선을 그리며 날갯짓하는 듯한 모습을 표현하고, 충청권 4개 시‧도 CI의 색상을 반영한 디자인으로, 밝은 미래를 이끌고 글로벌 리더를 배출하며 스포츠를 통해 전 세계의 선수들에게 긍정적, 희망적인 기회를 제공하는 세계대학경기대회를 표현하고 있다. 

한편 조직위원회는 선정된 엠블럼에 대하여 상표등록 출원 중에 있으며, 3월 스위스 로잔에서 열리는 FISU(국제대학스포츠연맹) 집행위원회의 최종 승인을 받을 예정이다.

또한, 대회 마스코트 개발도 조기 착수하여 금년 내로 상징물 선정을 모두 완료하고, 국내외 홍보 및 마케팅 사업을 적극 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

Emblem unveiled for ‘2027 Chungcheong Summer World University Games’

The ‘2027 Chungcheong Summer World University Games Organizing Committee’ (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Committee”) announced on the 16th that it had finally selected an emblem for the Games that reflects the vision of the Games and the symbolic colors of the host city/province.
