오는 4월 10일 실시하는 제22대 국회의원선거가 80여 일 앞으로 다가온 가운데 충남지역에서는 20일 현재 51명의 예비후보자가 등록을 마치고 

선거전에 나선 것으로 파악됐다. 

 

21일 오전 중앙선거관리위원회에 등록된 예비후보자 등록현황을 보면 충남 11개 선거구에 51명의 예비후보자가 등록을 했고, 이 가운데 논산시계룡시금산군 선거구에 11명이 등록해 가장 많은 예비후보자가 등록을 했고, 이어 천안을과 홍성군예산군 선거구에 7명이 등록해 그 뒤를 이었고, 천안갑, 아산을, 서산시태안군 선거구에는 각각 2명이 등록해 가장 적은 예비후보자가 등록을 한 것으로 나타났다. 

 

선거구별 등록을 보면 천안시갑 선거구에는 국민의힘 신범철(53) 전) 국방차관과 무소속 허욱(71) 전) 천안시의회 운영위원장, 천안시을 더불어민주당 이규희(62) 전) 국회의원, 김영수(45) 현) 충남도당청년위원장, 박기일(41) 전) 김태년 국회의원 보좌관, 양승조(65) 전) 4선 국회의원, 김미화(53) 전) 천안시의원이 등록했고, 국민의 힘에서는 정황근(64) 농식품부 장관과 이정만(62) 현) 천안을 당협위원장이 등록을 마치고 득표전을 펼치고 있고, 천안시병은 더불어민주당 김연(56) 전) 민주당 정책위부의장, 박남주(51) 전) 7,8대 천안시의원, 장기수(55) 전) 6대 천안시의회 부의장이 등록을 하고, 국민의 힘에서는 신진영(56) 전) 대통령실 행정관, 이창수(61) 현) 국민의힘 중앙당 인권위원장이 등록하고, 진보당 권오태(52) 현) 천안시위원장 등 천안갑을병에서 15명이 예비후보를 등록했다. 

 

공주시청양군부여군 선거구에는 더불어민주당 이종운(65) 전) 공주시의회 의장과 박수현(59) 전) 국회의원, 무소속 고주환(62) 현) 마을공동체네트워크 이사장 등 3명이 예비후보등록을 했다. 

 

보령시서천군 선거구에서는 더불어민주당 나소열(64) 전) 서천군수, 신현성(50) 현) 변호사, 구자필(52) 현) 기본사회충남본부 공동대표 등 3명이 등록을 했고, 국민의 힘에서는 고명권(57) 피부과 원장 4명이 등록했다. 

 

아산시갑 선거구에는 더불어민주당 복기왕(56) 전) 아산시장이 등록하고, 국민의 힘에서는 김영석(65) 전) 해수부 장관과 이건영(62) 전) 순천향대학교 대우교수 등 3명이 후보등록을 했고, 아산시을은 국민의힘 김길년(54) 현) 아산발전연구소장과 강문식(67) 전) 윤셕열 후보캠프 조직정책특보단장이 등록해 아산시 선거구에는 5명이 예비후보 등록을 하고 선거전을 뛰고 있다. 

 

서산시태안군 선거구에는 더불어민주당 조한기(57) 전) 청와대 비서관과 염노주(52) 현) 단국대 초빙교수 등 2명이 등록했다.

한편 51명이 예비후보등록을 한 충남지역 선거구에서는 51명 등록자 가운데 16명이 전과기록을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났고 이들 가운데 6명은 도로교통법(음주운전) 위반자다.
