대전시교육청이 12일 민원실 특이민원 발생에 대비한 하반기 모의훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

대전시교육청 및 대전동‧서부교육지원청에서 실시한 이번 훈련은 폭언·폭행 등 민원인의 위법행위가 발생할 경우를 가정하여 민원 공무원과 다른 민원인들을 보호하고 인근 경찰서(시-대전둔산경찰서, 동부-대전중부경찰서, 서부-대전서부경찰서)에서 즉시 출동하는 방식으로 진행됐으며, 특이민원에 대비한 체계적인 대응 체계 구축과 대응능력 향상을 목적으로 이루어졌다.

훈련은 민원인 폭언·폭행 발생 ,비상벨 호출 ,피해공무원 보호 ,방문 민원인 대피 ,경찰 출동 후 민원인 연행 등 현실감 있는 훈련으로 이루어져 훈련 효과를 높였다.

대전교육청 관계자는 “반기별 경찰서와 연계한 훈련을 통하여 공조 체계를 강화하고, 민원 담당 공무원들과 민원인들에게 안전한 환경을 제공하기 위하여 앞으로도 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 말했다.
