대전 서구가 서구 홍보대사인 인기 트로트 가수 김의영 씨로부터 고향사랑기부금을 기탁받았다고 27일 밝혔다.

고향사랑기부금을 기탁한 가수 김의영 씨는 지난 2월에도 기부에 참여했었으며, 이번 참여로 고향사랑기부제 최고 한도금액인 500만 원을 고향사랑e음을 통해 기부했다.

기부금을 기탁 한 김의영 씨는 “제 고향 서구 발전에 도움이 되길 바라는 마음으로 지난 1년간 서구 홍보에 앞장서 왔다. 모인 기부금이 대전 서구 발전을 위해 쓰이는 만큼 많은 분이 관심을 가지고 참여해 주시길 바란다”라고 말했다.

서철모 청장은 “인기 가수 김의영 씨의 선한 기부에 감사를 드리며 기부하신 기부금은 서구 발전을 위해 소중하게 사용하겠다”라고 전했다.

고향사랑기부제는 해당 지자체에 주소를 두고 있지 않은 개인이 연간 500만 원 한도에서 기부하면 세액공제와 함께 기부액 30% 범위에서 답례품을 받을 수 있는 제도이다.

한편, 서구 홍보대사로 활동 중인 김의영 씨는 제22회 제천박달가요제 대상 및 TV조선 내일은 미스트롯 5위를 기록했고, 1집 앨범 내게 오세요 발매 후 왕성한 방송활동을 펼치고 있는 인기 가수다.
