충남도가 도내 발전 3사와 손잡고 여성 고용 창출을 추진한다.

이를 위해 충남도는 27일 도청에서 대전지방고용노동청, 발전 3사와 ‘안전한 충남 및 여성 일자리 산업 환경 구축을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 산업재해 예방에 채용되는 현장 안전감시자(밀폐감시자·신호수·유도원·화재감시자 등 건설 공사·정비 공사 등 현장의 안전관리 담당자)를 양질의 여성 일자리로 정착화하기 위해 추진했다.

이번 협약으로 각 기관은 여성 일자리 확대를 위한 재해 예방 전문인력 양성 및 맞춤형 취업 지원, 안전한 근로 환경 조성 지원 등 여성의 경제활동 촉진에 협력한다.
