대구산업선 3개 역사에 대한 설계공모를 받는다.

16일 국가철도공단에 따르면 공단은 달성산단역, 테크노폴리스역, 대구국가산단역 등 3개 역사에 대한 공모를 오는 다음달 11일부터 진행한다고 밝혔다.

이번 공모는 올해 12월 20일까지 참가등록을 받고, 참가 등록자를 대상으로 내년 3월 5일까지 작품접수를 받는다.

설계공모에 대한 자세한 내용은 국가철도공단 누리집 또는 세움터 누리집에서 오는 12월 11일부터 확인 가능하다.

공단은  내년 3월 14일 최종작품을 선정할 예정이며, ’25년까지 설계를 완료하고 시운전 등을 거쳐 ’27년 말에 역사 운영개시를 목표로 추진될 예정이다.

또, 철도공단은 전구간이 지하화로 건설되는 대구산업선의 특성을 반영해 ▲공간계획 ▲디자인(인테리어)계획 ▲안전계획 순으로 심사점수를 배점했으며 ▲연계교통 환승 ▲선큰 공간(개방형 지하) 활용 등 역사 주변공간과의 유기적인 연계 등을 종합적으로 심사하여 당선작을 선정할 계획이다.

총사업비1조4,595억원 투입되는 대구산업선은 국가균형발전을 위해 추진되는 사업이다.

 ’27년 말 개통되면 대구시 국가산업단지를 비롯한 서남권지역과 대구도심을 연결해 산업단지 접근성 향상과 철도수송물류 체계 구축 등 철도경쟁력이 강화될 것으로 에상된다.

또, 대구산업선은 서대구역, 도시철도 1,2호선과 연계한 환승교통체계 구축으로 대구권 지역주민 및 산업단지종사 근로자의 교통편의를 크게 향상시킬 것으로 기대된다.
