이금선 대전시의원(더불어민주당, 유성4) 이 제274회 제2차 정례회 복지환경위원회 대전시설관리공단 소관 행정사무감사에서 무자격 법인에 대전추모공원을 불법 위탁한 과정에 대한 문제를 지적하고 대전추모공원 주변지역 주민지원을 위한 방안을 제안했다.

이 의원은 언론에서 나오고 있는 대전추모공원의 불법위탁과 관련하여 대전시와 대전시설관리공단이 장사시설인 정수원과 추모공원에 대하여 2001년부터 위·수탁 협약을 맺고 운영 중이었는데 왜 2006년부터 현재 문제가 되고 있는 영농법인에 위탁을 했는지 설명을 요구했다.
