대전시교육청이 오는 22일부터 12월 8일까지 17일간 대전컨벤션센터, 호텔ICC에서 ‘2023 대전미래교육박람회’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

올해로 6회째 맞이하는 대전미래교육박람회는 지난 2018년부터 매년 개최한 박람회로 대전교육을 한 눈에 볼 수 있도록 교육 변화와 미래교육을 공감․상상하는 통합박람회로 테마별 성과를 공유․토론․소통하고 다채로운 체험 및 홍보부스를 운영한다.

2023 대전미래교육박람회는 ‘모두를 위한 미래교육, 미래를 여는 대전교육’을 주제로 개막식, 학술마당, 체험마당, 홍보마당, 이벤트 등 다양한 프로그램으로 운영되며 학생, 학부모, 교직원, 대전 시민들이 자유롭게 참여, 소통하면서 대전교육의 현재와 미래를 체험할 수 있다.  

22일 14시에 열리는 박람회 개막식은 식전 예술공연과 교육감 TED 강연, 교육감과 함께하는 토크콘서트가 개최되며 현장 참가자들과 온라인 참가자들을 대상으로 온라인 생중계된다. 

박람회에서는 설동호 대전시교육감의‘모든 학생의 행복한 성장을 지원하는 대전교육’을 주제로 한 TED 강연, 교육감과 함께하는 토크콘서트에서는 ‘예술로 행복한 학생, 예술이 살아있는 대전학교예술교육’을 주제로 학생, 학부모, 교원 등 교육공동체와 함께 토론하며 대전교육의 열린대화의 장을 마련한다.

학술마당은 교육의 변화와 혁신 방향을 모색하기 위해 토론회와 포럼, 발표회, 학술제 등 36개의 대전교육 정책의 성과와 우수사례를 공유, 소통과 나눔의 장으로 운영된다. 대면 프로그램은 사전 신청을 통해 진행될 예정이며 주요 일정과 내용은 누리집에서 확인할 수 있다.

체험마당은 창의체험, 창업체험, 예절체험, 안전체험, 세계시민교육 체험, 영양․식생활 체험, 또래코칭동아리 등 7종 53개의 체험부스를 통해 학생들이 직접 창의와 상상, 예술체험과 또래코칭을 직접 경험할 수 있도록 체험형 프로그램으로 1층 전시홀에서 운영된다. 

전시홀 중앙에 마련된 버스킹 공연장에서는 학생 및 교사 밴드 동아리 등 사제동행의 즐겁고 신나는 공연이 펼쳐진다.

홍보마당은 대전교육의 주요정책을 살펴볼 수 있도록 온․오프라인으로 운영하며 로비에 마련된 홍보부스에는 초등 대전 늘봄학교, 대전스마트교육, 학생도박예방교육 등 9개의 교육정책 홍보와 진로상담 부스를 운영하여 박람회 현장 참가자에게 대전교육정책과 사업을 안내하고 홍보한다. 

설동호 대전시교육감은 "교육청 각 부서와 학교, 지역 여러 기관에서 적극적으로 참여하여 대전교육정책을 알리고 다양하고 창의적인 체험 기회를 마련하였다. 이번 박람회에 학생, 교직원, 학부모, 대전 시민 등이 많이 참여하여 대전교육정책의 우수사례를 공유하고, 미래를 상상하며 즐기는 축제의 시간이 되기를 기대한다.”말했다.
