대전시의회 산업건설위원회 김영삼(국민의힘, 서구 제2선거구) 의원이 15일 열린 제274회 대전시의회 제2차 정례회 5일차 도시주택국 행정사무감사에서 빈집정비사업의 확대와 주택건설사업의 심의 간소화, 전세사기 피해자를 위한 실효성 있는 대책을 주문했다. 

김 의원은 이날 대전시는 빈집정비사업을 2016년부터 시행하였으나, 현재까지 정비된 빈집은 70호에 불과해 남아있는 빈집에서 청소년 탈선, 화재, 불법행위 등 우범지대화되는 것을 지적하고 소유자와 협의해 신속하게 철거라도 추진할 것을 요청했다.  

이어진 질의에서 김 의원은 주택건설사업 추진시 복잡한 심의 절차로 인해 심의기간이 장기화되고 이에 따른 지가상승으로 보상 불복 등 여러 문제점이 발생됨에 따라 통합심의 추진 및 행정절차 간소화를 주문했다. 

또한, 대전시는 다가구주택 비율이 높아 전세사기 피해가 심각한 실정으로 최근 국토부로부터 전세사기 피해자로 결정된 건은 486건이나 이에 대한 실효성 있는 지원은 미비한 편으로 이사비지원, 대출지원, 단속 등 실효성 있고 선제적인 대응의 필요성을 강조했다.
