충남 아산시의회가 전문교육을 통한 기본역량 강화와 실무능력 향상을 위해 11월 15일부터 17일까지 2박 3일의 일정으로 제주도 일원에서 의정연수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 의정연수는 아산시의회 의원 및 의회사무국 직원 30여 명이 참석하며, 제246회 제2차 정례회를 앞두고 의정실무 특강 위주로 진행될 계획이다. 

아산시의회는 이번 의정연수에서 2024회계연도 아산시 예산안심사 실무교육 ,혁신조례 제‧개정 실무교육 ,공청회 및 토론회 운영기법 ,시정질문 및 스피치 노하우 ,조례발의에 따른 주민홍보 및 언론활용 극대화 전략 등에 대한 실무 능력 향상을 함양한다.

또한, 제주양돈농협 가축분뇨 공동자원화 공장을 공식 방문하고, 지역 특성화사업 성공 사례인 제주 카멜리아힐을 현장방문할 예정이다. 

김희영 의장은 “다양한 분야의 의정실무 교육을 통해 의원들의 기본역량을 강화하여 의정실무에 적용할 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 한다”라며, “앞으로도 지방자치 발전과 의정활동 전문성 제고를 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다. 

한편, 제246회 아산시의회 제2차 정례회는 오는 11월 27일부터 12월 19일까지 23일간의 일정으로 개최될 예정이다.
