대전시가 5개 자치구와 합동으로 그린벨트 내 불법행위 근절과 주민지원사업 점검에 나선다.

15일부터 28일까지 개발제한구역 내 불법행위의 예방 및 단속을 위한 시·구 합동점검에 나서는 대전시는 해마다 상·하반기 연 2회에 걸쳐 5개 자치구와 함께 특별점검반을 편성하여 개발제한구역 내 자연환경 훼손에 대한 경각심을 일깨우고 시민의 안전하고 쾌적한 휴식공간으로 개발제한구역을 보존하기 위해 진행하고 있다

이번 합동점검에서 대전시는 개발제한구역 내 건축물의 건축 및 용도변경 ,공작물의 설치 ,토지의 형질변경 ,토지의 분할 ,물건을 쌓아놓는 행위 ,죽목의 벌채 등 개발행위를 시행함에 있어서 허가를 받지 않거나 허가내용을 위반한 행위 등에 대한 점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

대전시는 이번 합동점검에 적발된 불법행위 중 영농행위를 위한 경미한 사항에 대해서는 자진철거나 원상복구하도록 계도 조치하고, 영리 목적 또는 상습적으로 건축물을 불법 용도 변경하거나 형질을 변경한 경우에는 시정조치 명령하고 불이행시 이행강제금 부과 및 고발 등 엄격한 행정조치를 이행할 계획이다.
