대전시가 추진하고 있는 청년주택 ‘다가온’건설이 관련 사업을 추진을 위한 국비 확보가 되면서 차질 없이 진행되고 있다.

대전시에 따르면 현재 공사 중인 청년주택(구암·신탄진·낭월동 3곳 824호) 건설을 위한 2024년도분 국비 97억 5000만 원을 확보했다고 밝혔다. 

이번에 국비 97억 원이 확보되면서 ‘다가온’건설비용으로 투입될 국비 누적액은 325억 원이 됐고, 이에 따라 내년도 준공 및 입주까지 차질 없이 추진할 수 있게 됐다.

건설형 청년주택은 청년·신혼부부 등 사회초년생들이 주변시세보다 60%∼80% 저렴한 임대료로 입주할 수 있는 주택으로 전용면적 21㎡∼54㎡ 규모의 5개 타입으로 건설 중이다. 

특히 에어컨, 세탁기, 책상 등 빌트인 가전·가구 설치는 물론 특화된 커뮤니티 공간까지 마련해 쾌적한 거주 환경을 갖출 예정이다. 

현재 건설 중인 대전형 청년주택은 구암동(425호), 신탄진동(237호), 낭월동(162호) 3개소에 824호 규모로 총사업비 1657억 원을 투입해 2024년 준공·입주 하게 된다.

2024년 2월 구암 다가온을 시작으로, 2024년 6월 신탄진 다가온, 2024년 11월 낭월 다가온이 준공된다. 

대전시는 이와는 별도로 2024년 초 입주를 목표로 현재 청년 매입임대주택 150호를 매입 중으로 매입이 완료되면 2024년은 건설·매입 임대주택 총 974호의 청년주택을 공급하는 원년이 될 전망이라고 전했다. 

한편, 대전시는 2030년까지 청년주택 2975호를 시에서 직접 건설·매입 공급하는 계획을 수립·추진하는 등 청년 주거 안정을 위해 다각도로 정책을 펼치고 있다.
