대전시가 조성한‘대덕 평촌지구 도시개발사업 1단계’공사가 지난 10월 말 완료됐다고 대전시가 밝혔다. 

대덕구 신탄진동 224-4번지 일원의 대덕 평촌지구 도시개발사업은 총면적 21만 9307㎡ 규모에 총사업비 1110억 원이 투입되며 1, 2단계 전체 사업 기간은 2019년 10월부터 2025년 12월까지로 예정돼 있다.

이번에 준공된 1단계 구간은 총면적 14만 687㎡ 규모로 산업시설용지 7만 2582㎡, 지원시설 용지 1만 4660㎡, 공공시설 용지 5만 3445㎡로 조성했다. 

현재 평촌지구 도시개발사업 1단계는 산업시설용지 분양이 100% 완료됐으며, 지원시설용지는 85% 분양되어 총 66개 업체가 계약한 상태로 대금 납부가 완료된 수분양자는 올해 12월부터 입주가 가능하다.

대전시는 금형 및 전자·정밀 제조업 등 첨단 업종 기업체 유치를 위해 관련 협의체와 소통하여 조성계획을 수립해 해당 사업체의 토지 수요에 적극 부응하는 공급안을 마련해 왔다. 앞으로도 금형업종의 집적화 등 대전시의 뿌리산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 육성 방안을 적극 마련할 방침이다.
