대전문화재단(이하 재단, 대표이사 백춘희)이 지난 9월 22일과 23일 양 일간 대전청소년수련마을에서 임직원 소양교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

재단의 올바른 조직문화 개선 및 직원 간 소통 강화를 위해 마련한 이번 교육에는 재단 임직원 50여명이 참석해 직원소양 교육 및 레크리에이션, 환경정화활동 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행되었다.

백춘희 대전문화재단 대표이사는 소통의 시간을 통해 조직, 자연, 사회에 대한 사랑을 강조하며,“가족보다 더 오랜 시간을 같이 보내는 직장이 웃음 가득한 곳이 되기 위해서는 양보와 헌신이 필요하다.”고 말했다.

특히 사랑을 의미하는 단어인‘아가페(Agape)’의 의미에 대해 생각해볼 것을 강조하며“서로가 헌신적인 사랑을 한다면 조직도, 사회도 긍정적인 방향으로 변화 할 것이라며, 사랑을 통해 혁신하는 기관이 되자”고 당부했다. 

참석자들은 유등천 상류인 대전청소년수련마을 일대의 천변정화 활동을 펼치며 대표이사가 강조한 자연사랑을 몸소 실천했다. 

한편, 대전문화재단은 백춘희 대표이사 취임 이후 프리마켓 ‘함께하장(場)’을 비롯한 여러 사회공헌활동을 추진하고 있으며, 앞으로도 ESG경영 실천을 위한 다양한 활동을 진행할 계획이다.
