지난 16일 올림픽공원에서 개최된 제7회 청년의 날 행사에서 대전 유성구가 ‘2023년 청년친화헌정대상’ 소통부문 우수지자체 상을 받았다고 밝혔다.

국회사무처 소관 사단법인 청년과 미래가 주관하는 해당 상은 청년 친화 환경 조성에 기여한 기관의 업적과 공로를 표창하기 위한 것으로, 유성구는 대전 지자체 중 유일하게 수상했다.

유성구는 지난 2018년 ‘유성구 청년 기본 조례’ 제정을 시작으로 ,청년정책위원회 및 청년네트워크 운영 ,청년마을‘여기랑’조성 ,청년모임활성화 사업 ‘꿈을잡고(JobGo)’ 등 청년과의 지속적인 소통을 이어와 높은 점수를 얻었다.
