대전시립손소리복지관이 복지관을 이용하는 장애아동들과 보호자, 자원봉사자 등 약 30여 명이 참여한 가운데 지난 16일 (사)백제문화원과 함께하는 문화유산 향유 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

지난 5월부터 대전광역시립손소리복지관은 (사)백제문화원과 올 해 총 4회의 문화유산 향유 프로그램을 진행하는 중이다. 

세 번째로 진행된 이번 나들이는 유네스코 세계문화유산에 등재된 백제문화재를 두루 탐방하고 우리 역사와 문화에 대한 깊이 있는 이해에 도움을 주기 위해 기획되었으며, 익산 미륵사지, 국립익산박물관, 왕궁리유적 5층 석탑, 백제왕궁박물관을 탐방했다. 

특히, 백제왕궁박물관에는 백제왕궁가상체험관이 있어 이번 나들이에 참여하는 복지관 이용 아동들의 욕구와 눈높이에 맞는 체험과 교육을 진행할 수 있었다. 

이외에도 백제왕궁 발굴체험실, 3D영상관, 가상체험관 ‘무왕의 도시 잠을 깨다’, 돌아온 왕의 도시-VR체험 ‘유물을 찾아보세요!’, 홀로그램 아트 시어터, 어린이 디지털 체험실, ICT로 피어나는 백제정원을 두루 체험하며 글이 아닌 몸으로 역사를 쉽게 배울 수 있는 기회였다.

발달장애가 있는 참여아동 최O진군은 “여러 곳을 다니면서 신기한 것도 보고 체험할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 맛있는 것도 먹고 친구들과 놀 수 있어서 좋았어요.”라며 소감을 말했다.

박종희 관장은 “(사)백제문화원의 관심과 지원에 많은 감사를 드린다. 올 해 계획된 총 4회의 나들이 중 3번째로 진행된 익산나들이까지 안전하게 진행된 것은 백제문화원의 관심과 손소리복지관 직원들 그리고 자원봉사자들의 노력 덕분이라고 생각한다. 손소리복지관 이용자분들을 대표하여 다시 한 번 감사의 말씀을 드린다. 앞으로도 많은 교류를 통해 소외계층의 복지향상에 힘쓰도록 하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
