대전시 민생사법경찰과는 지난 7월부터 8월까지 약 2개월간에 걸쳐 산업단지와 주택 밀집가의 악취 유발시설인 도장시설, 폐수처리시설 설치 사업장을 대상으로 육안 감시와 드론 비행 감시를 병행한 기획 수사를 실시하여 악취유발 불법행위 사업장 등 6곳을 적발했다고 밝혔다.

이번 적발된 업체들의 위반내용은 악취방지 조치 미이행(3건) ,미신고 대기배출시설 운영(1건) ,대기방지시설 비정상 가동(1건) ,미신고 비산먼지 발생사업(1건) 총 6건이다.

대전시는 이들 적발된 업체들을 대상으로 형사고발 조치와 행정 처분을 할 예정이다.

주요 위반사례로 3개 업체는 악취배출시설인 염색․건조시설, 폐수처리시설, 도장․건조시설 등을 가동하면서 탈취제 미비치, 타포린 천막 임의 철거 등 악취방지 조치를 이행하지 않았다.
