대전문화재단이‘마음대로 예술공간’을 선정하여 대관 모집을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

지속적인 생활문화 활동 여건을 조성하고 예술인의 창작 활동을 활성화하고자 추진하는 대관 해당 장소는 (복합공간) 중구 선화동 ‘갤러리 유원’,(전시장) 중구 은행동 ‘아리아 갤러리’,(공연장) 서구 만년동 ‘아트 브릿지’ 총 3곳이다. 

‘갤러리 유원’은 중구 선화초등학교 인근에 위치하고 있는 공간으로 대전 지하철 중앙로역에서 500m 거리에 인접해 있어 교통이 편리하고, 정사각형 형태의 공간이라 전시 및 다양한 문화예술 활동 공간으로 손색이 없다. 

‘아리아 갤러리’는 중구 은행동에 위치하고 있으며 전용면적 33평 크기로 전시 공간으로 적합하다. ‘아트 브릿지’는 서구 만년동 대전예술의전당 인근에 위치하고 있는 공연장으로 소규모발표회, 각종 세미나 및 강연 등 다양한 활동이 가능하다.

지난 7월부터 대관 모집공고를 진행하고 있는 대전문화재단은 신청자들에게 무료 대관 혜택과 더불어 문화예술 활동에 필요한 홍보물 등 제작(단체당 최대 50만원)을 지원한다. 

전시 공간은 일부 모집이 완료되었으며, 현재 공연장 전용 공간인‘아트 브릿지’는 신청이 가능하다.

백춘희 대전문화재단 대표이사는 “‘마음대로 예술공간’ 사업이 시민과 지역 예술인들에게 창작역량을 제고할 예정”이라며, “나아가 문화예술 활동을 활성화할 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다”고 전했다.

The Daejeon Cultural Foundation announced that it will select an ‘arbitrary art space’ and begin recruiting for rentals.

The rental venues, which are promoted to create conditions for continuous living and cultural activities and revitalize the creative activities of artists, are (complex space) 'Gallery Yuwon' in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, (exhibition hall) 'Aria Gallery' in Eunhaeng-dong, Jung-gu, (performance hall) 'Art Bridge' in Mannyeon-dong, Seo-gu.
